I'm on holidays from Canberra, where in Manly , Wynum are the best places to setup. Which sites are best for which winds, southerly or northerlies? Is Wellington point any good in a southerly I would have thought there would be a big wind shadow at the ramp? Glenn

Wello works in south-easters. You get some wind shadow in a true southerly but we rarely get those.
It was good today :). You can pick your level of punishment. The water state is relatively quiet over the reef and gets progressively rougher as you pass the end of the leads.
