Who's up for a sail at Manly tomorrow if so what time it's low tide in the afternoon? What's the best time of the tide for speed sailing?

Duane Low tide is 3:30pm. Mid tide over the manly bank on starboard tack is nice for some speed runs, so say around 1-2pm. As the tide gets lower be careful about the water depth.
