Hi all. Round one of the 2010/2011 bayside sailboard club slalom championships is to be held this sunday at Manly. As there has been little wind to date, i expect a lot of cobwebs on the slalom gear and some hotly contested duels at the pin.

Now the housework, to compete you must be a full member with a WQ affiliated club. To actually get points in the Bayside championships you must be a member of Bayside sailboard club. You will be able to take out memberships on the day, or you can visit www.baysidesailboards.com.au and follow the link to the join page.
Fees will be the same as last year $10 for club members, $15 for non club members.
If you have changed fleets since last year or if this is your first year you will need a new club rashie, so budget $30 for this. Colours remain the same, Red for open, Blue for Slalom 88 and White for freeride & rookie.
Registration will close at 1 pm, so if you have to attend to any of the above, please allow some time beforehand.
That about covers it, look forward to some hot racing, and the usual catastrophies at the jibe mark
