I don't think there is any hire gear here any more. I think the local kite shop borrowed some gear to hire out to a tourist last year, so that might be a possibility again. I'm going bush camping the first week of July, but if you are going to be here after then send me a message before June 26th. I've got a mate comming over from the 16th of July and we will be hitting Green Island while he's here.
The coast here is a little hit & miss but Green is the duck's nuts.
