Looking out my window at Morningside it is looking pretty windy, web shows its coming from the North. Anyone near the bay who can confirm if it's on??

1pm..it has started to come in NE, max gust 16.6 knots currently 12-14 knots. If this keeps up I'll be down the point soon.

update..2.15pm stilll hovering around 10-14 knots.NE.. Ominous storm clouds may stuff around with this. Popping down now for a look.

Had a good sais at wello was more easterly there perfect along the bank

Thanks guys, lucky I was saved by an unscheduled meeting or I would have been licking my wounds like Richie is right now.

Roll on Saturday, it is nearly close enough that those little green arrows have some credibility.
