I'm a bit mystified as to how all these sites work. I presume they take their data from BOM?

Do sites like Seabreeze try to make their own analysis of what's happening and make their own forecasts?

BOM is predicting up to 25kts sse on Sunday but Seabreeze isn't. Why is that?
