Hi, does anyone know the best reference for wind strength and direction for bongaree and sandstone pt? Spitfire. Channel or redcliffe? Can you add or subtract. Some knots from either and be close?cheers"

I use the Spifire Channel wind strength for reference.
Then work out the tide and if its comming in or going out. Try and sail the southern end of Bribie Island with wind into tide so on a SE sail Bongaree on outgoing and Woorim on Incomming. NE are the opposite and E go to Red Beach and do the same. You will get 1 to 2 knots extra of wind speed with the tide.

Best sessions are a dead S to SE with a big outgoing tide and off the wind runs untill your hands bleed.
