Just wondering what are some good windsurfing, wave spots between Gold Coast & Byron

I have been hopeful of sailing at Casuarina on nnortherlies, but there really wasnt any last spring. i have spoken to people who have done a lot of downwinders from Kingy to Caba.
No reason why Ocean Shores should not be good too, but no necessarily special either.
