does anyone know the easiest way to get to wavebreak island in a NE wind.

I would say launch from Oatland Esp or right at the northern end of Marine pde at the playground just before the little bridge that goes over the inlet.

might try from marine parade over to the anchorage and walk across the island.
will see how things pan out.
