with all the water entering the bay and other coastal areas and that water/sewage treatment plants have most likely been swamped with flood water, it could be unhealthy out there for awhile. i remember within the last few years beaches around caloundra were closed because of this after some heavy rain.
could be more than one type of log floating around out there.
any thoughts

the train looked like a chocolate thick shake yesterday. Still, if there's wind there i'll join u for a sail today. i have to go to ashmore but may get there on way back through

Greg from the Sunny Coast said that Golden Beach may have been closed yesterday due to raw sewage, dont know about today, but I would expect there must be a lot of water moving through there still

been at maroochydore 3 days river still flows strong at high tide ... no waves in the mouth at all... beach eroded all coffee rock... surf? all chocolate with froth... looks unhealthy
