Axis warranty. Very frustrating experience.

I'm having a very bad experience with Axis warranty! I can't get any response for 2 weeks. The company simply does not reply to any enquiries. It took them 3 days to acknowledge that they received the claim. I can't use my foil because I'm afraid it will break more.
My 1201 developed a problem. I bought it directly from axisfoils.com.
Very frustrated!
