Would anyone recommend a metro beach for this westerly, or is it down to the south coast?

What size sails are you guys using in 25kts+? I just started a few months ago, Im 85kg and feel my 5.8sqm sail is a little big for those conditions. I also can't waterstart yet and feel heading out in the strong winds we had over the weekend would just be inviting trouble.
Looks like you guys had a load of fun, I was jealous sitting on the sidelines!
