At the moment it is -0.05 at was as high as 64 cm around 10/09.
I had a session there on Sunday and it was great in the channels and quite flat near the weed which is now quite thick. Launch from Rankines Landing for easy access to all areas. There are small bits of weed drifting into the channels but not enough to warrant a weedy, you would only need one heading over the beds.
Watch out for shallow areas beside the channel, I found it was about 30cm between the channel marker across from Rankines and the one to the SE.
Also watch out for the paddle steamer.

What about North Largs, or Semphore at low tide ?, or the causeway ?. We are getting light wind seabreezes at the moment that are weak but very consistent (by the looks of things - Blackpole). I took advantage of these conditions last April on my 150L board to learn jybing.
