Just thought Id introduce myself to you SA guys.
My name is Mark and Im keen to get into windsurfing.

Being from Elizabeth, I plan to sail Semaphore, North Haven etc.
Was hoping there would be a guy or 2 out there in the Northern area that maybe wouldnt mind me tagging along next time they head out for a sail.

I can rig up by myself no problems, but wouldnt mind a few pointers from someone with some experience on gybing, turns etc

I have all the gear ready to sail, just need some confidence/guidance to prevent me from sailing off into Kangaroo Island by mistake!

If anybody from the North sails regularly, It would be great if I could tag along and learn a thing or 2 from them. Any help would be much appreciated :)

btw am chasing a 5.3m-5.7m used sail ,and a 400 mast, if anyone can help me out with either of these items, that would be awesome

I was hoping to get out at North Haven tomorrow after work but looks like it might be a westerly. Ill head down to bower rd for a look at 4.30 and try my luck there unless anyone could suggest a better spot?

as a good cost effective option, tyr looking into a big SUP.
ofetn many of the big SUP's will come with a mast track with be ample enough to float you and when planning will show characteristics of a much smaller board.

otherwise look on seabreeze buy/sell for a old style race board
