Hi folks,
It's critical times for Windsurfing SA as the number of people available with the time and/or motivation to organize events is dwindling. Many thanks to recent contributors who for one reason or another have had to put their WSA activities lower on the priority list. Let's get together on this date and kick a few ideas for next season about - we don't want to be the only state that can't get our state association in order

The SUP guys have shown us what can be done with a few keen people pulling together for their sport.
But there is good news too - some talk of a State Wave titles in August. The course-racing at BYSC was fun for all who had a go. Hopefully Pete and Tony can keep it going next summer. Can we feed off that and get a complimentary evening slalom series at one of the northern beaches? Blew like stink up there all last summer! Anyone want to contribute?
I'll say it again - Windsurfing SA isn't a government department - it's by us and for us. Having fun is half the fun, but a little friendly competition pushes us all to be better sailors. Can we provide an environment that helps get our emerging crop of grommets to the state, national or international level?
The meeting will be at Dr Duck's house in Marino (unless response is huge - we will look for somewhere roomier).
Cheers, and see on the water

Richard, Secretary Windsurfing SA
