I discovered today that I have no clue in the sea (even walking the rig
out to waist deep). My rig (and the sea) is way beyond my skill.
I am going to have to go back to basics and do a beginner course again.
I was wondering if anyone can recommend a school/instructor ?

There was a guy on a 92L board at Semaphor South who gave me some down
to earth advice. If you're reading, Thanks :)

Ahh don't you hate it when you have to start again!!!

If your trying to get back into it try down at the wall in a northerly, I'm in the process of teaching the misses, she loves it down there, nice and flat.

Good luck mate remember practise makes perfect.

Sorry mate the wall is down near port adelaide, if you look up the crusing yacht club of South Australia on a road map youll see a long break water just north of it on the end of the Port River. You sail on the southern side of this in a northerly for some nice flat water conditions.
