To right Kurt some nice windy weather would be great, see you at seacliff if the wind is good. Hows the harness going, have you got hooked in yet?

had a great windsurf down seacliff I have got the
sore arms to prove it. the water was mostly flat
with a bit of chop. but still have lots of fun.

I haven't hooked in yet just concentrating on water starts
and carve gybes which went well today.
I might look at using my harness next sail.

Top effort today Kurt, you looked well tired after your efforts today! Phoebe is inspired by your efforts to get back on the water!

Hi Itson

When I learnt the harness last summer, an ex-windsurfer gave me an excellent tip. He slid my harness lines right up to the front of the boom and adjusted my boom to chest height. That way it was impossible to catapult, and it got me used to the sensation of hooking in (which I found completely unnerving). Over a few sessions, I slowly slid my harness lines to their normal positions.

A few of us had a great session today at Sems. Powered up all of the time on my 7m sail and OES 115L board. Only overpowered a few times. We all sailed for 4 hours straight.
