Hey guys,

looking at getting a second hand Tyronsea 350 for beginner. I was talking to a mate and he rekons it would be good as a starter but I don't know it's volume so can't really say for sure. Looks like it will get up and go, but does it have the stability I will require? Also, what sail size would be best with the board?

Any info on the board would be nice

Cheers :)

I had the Tyronsea 330, yellow and blue decals on a long (i mean long!) board, was a bit tippy compared to the newer learners (Go and the like)
Great boar to learn on, could get up on a plane sort of, deck was slippy and hard, centre board was invaluable
Do not take in waves,
Yet to see one still with footstraps that havent perished,
Rating 5/10

It is easier if to start on a wider board.

In my opinion the worst board you could get, wobbly, mast extension only usable for this board, lousy footstraps.

Get a BIC, F2, Mistral even Bombara is better than Tyronsea.
