I just stumbled across some YouTube vids by Wandering Foxbat a light plane you tuber he has a vid of a run from Strahan to Wynyard taken on 26/8/21 and at the 14 min mark it looks like Henty is a goer again even little Henty at Trial Harbour looks good
If your going on a weekend I would be interested in hitting Henty again. I'll wait and see for you guys to check it out first though to make sure it's worth the epic trip.
Was just on the West Coast Mt biking and was talking to Clyde's daughter who had just quad biked across the Henty River where we sail. She said the river is right up next to the sand dunes and goes for kms.
Jeez that's looking epic! Especially that bottom 2/3 at Henty
