Have a look down your pants!!
With two of our regular windsurfers down south here under the knife this week for hernia repair and another one waiting, should we worry
thats 10% our our windsurfing population!!
I think its time to re address this overhand or underhand grip debate

What could be the cause? Tight wetsuits? Cold water? The alignment of Venus and Jupiter? GPSs?

I can vouch for these hernia statistics. Dad had his repaired a few years ago, but he blames his "pransersize" regime. Here are a few clips to explain. And, by the way Rob, this explains what Dad was trying to demonstrate at Clifton car park on Sunday.
