Help for a newbie trying to work out the winds From what I can see, Saturday there is no wind and Sunday is S SW http://wind.willyweather.com.au/tas/hobart/lauderdale.html So, from about 2pm Dorans would be the place to go...?
FOS is spot on.. also Mortimer bay is often good in s/sw as well. bit of a hike in now but worth a look. Only 10 minutes from Cremorne. and not as gusty. southerly better on pond at Cremorne and sw better at Dorans.
