Forecast is looking good for Sunday at the moment. If it stays this way it should be great in the south for NM, Distance and 1Hr.

With Steve out of action we'll need all hands on deck to try for some PB's and help kick Tassie off to a good start for April.

I know a lot of players have been missing training due to other commitments and the need to pump iron to try and create that false fitness look.

BUT, it looks like we're playing this weekend, so even if you continually miss training during the week you are still required to attend the matches. There are no excuses! Your team needs you! You are now aware of the roster and we expect that you dont breach contract!

Remember the saying
