A lady swimmer was almost hit by a kitesurfer tonight, as he was sailing within the swimming zone. The lady was very upset and said she would complain to the council. May I suggest that all sailors at Dendy St. keep clear of the swimming area to avoid problems of this nature.

The safety of all water users should always be first. I acknowledge what I did
