The athletic achievement is formidable....

so the only piss taking potential is in how it took him nearly six minutes to dry himself and get on a bike. He must have wanted to do his hair differently for the cycle.

He's done the second 45km of the cycle. Averaging 36km/h....

He's just finished.... a little over 10 hours for 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride and 42km run....

It seemed as if his online tracker broke down as it looks as if he went missing half way through the bike ride.

Do you have all the times?

thanks GP- great to see a few of the windsurfing crew along the way. The run leg was like a nostalgic tour of all the sailing locations- now that training will back right back- ill see you all on the water a hell of a lot more.
