Looks good!!
On the gybe, move your back hand about 30cm further back...
Look at where it is at 2:00 mark... it's stopping you sheeting in and the board is bouncing.

Look to where you want to go, rather than looking at the water just in front of the board i.e. look through the sail window or even down the boom toward the clew

Nice video. Great to see the stoke!
+1 on looking further ahead.
Getting round on the gybes is great, especially in choppy water like that! 2:00 in, watch your hands. You grab the mast with your new front hand, instead try skipping the mast and go straight go to the boom. It's an extra movement slowing you down before you can get the power back on. If you do a bunch of practice better rig flips, say 20 times on the shore before you get on the water, you be amazed by how automatically you do it right.
There's heaps of stuff you can do to your setup to improve your windsurfing instantly. Check Guy Cribb's website. Sign up for the newsletter to view the articles. The main points: move your harness lines together and much further back on your boom (about 1/3 of the distance), move your footstraps to the outboard position, move your boom higher, more downhaul......

i agree with 7tim
other tips
your harness lines are too short. check cribs website for the right length.
back hand MUST go way back before you unclip.
just before you flip the sail you MUST slide your front hand along the boom until its next to the mast. this allows you to pivot the sail around without needing to grab the mast.
