I managed to not go to Sandy today but Darren landed his first backie.

As a naturally modest guy, it will fall to Tom and me to announce it.

Good work. He should give Al some tips on how to back loop. Stick with it Al you will get it one day.

Looked like fun at Sandy pt.. we really stuffed up not coming down. We hung around the penisula and it never even got close..

Nice work!!!

Backs look like a lot of fun. I'd imagine you have to get some decent air to get all the way around.

True re pics- when camera came out I didnt stick any. I only got the one out of about 20 attempts, but rotation feeling better.

Al's cheese rolls were awesome.

You did miss a great day even if it was a little oneshore.

It was probably 22-27 knots most of day, started W, went a little WSW.

Zac didnt loose any gear but we should have asked him to bring us back a Sandy Burger, as he was often seen a little way down the beach :)
