Pookipa and floating trees

Well not floating trees but bits of tree at least. Thought I'd hit a swimmer. Split my fin in half. Really strange.
Managed to save the offending twig complete with chunk taken out

Could be worse, you could have hit one of these guys down at Elwood today.

Was sailing just after the sighting unbeknownst to me. Can't imagine any shark in their right mind would hang around the rain water drain

Saw a couple of dolphins out there yesterday, only about 50m further out from the pole.
