I thought that new carpark and water tank was enough of an eyesore.

"Those who visit TP Taylor Reserve can now look forward to improved amenities that will make for an ideal destination and a great day out for the whole family.

Rather depends on your definition of ideal doesn't it? Seems pretty ideal to me, with or without the world-class windsurfing.

Well its not all about windsurfing at Sandy, its got nothing to do with wind, surf, speed sailing, well done to the community. I have been windsurfing for 30 years down there and I pay rates, its great for sandy.

I think it's great - now the families will have something to do while the windsurfers do their windsurfing. I've always been reluctant to bring a significant other for fear of them being bored while I'm having the most fun I can with clothes on... They can sit in the sunshades at the kiddies playground and get the sandwiches and other delights ready for the intrepid sailors' triumphant return... And if you got kids, the basketball half court would go amiss - maybe a suggestion to think about a halfpipe or skate park type thingie too?
