Hey everyone I'm a young german windsurfer. I travel around Australia and now it's time to find a job so that I can travel on to Perth, in the next Mounths.
At the moment I am in Melbourne, where I'm going to stay for a longer time.

Can't really help you out with a job, but if you are after finding something quick, consider the bars and cafes in the city - just go in in person and ask for the manager. There is a barista shortage in Melbourne - so plenty of jobs for coffee makers.
