Hi all,
I'm on the hunt for decent molds to rent/borrow- hull and deck/floor to build a simple dive boat - preferably outboard & centre console so I can use it for a rescue boat on occasion. Just a one-off private project for me and a mate, not commercial.
If anyone has anything or any leads could you please PM me?

Cheers,
Adam

Cheers Bundy' thats a good site - interesting stuff.

I've had my fair share of grunt though so not into labour intensive builds - for me its about getting on the water ASAP and putting food on the table so vacuum infusion into an existing form is my bag - no time for fiddly stuff.. I'm very time poor. I really only need a hull for a centre console boat, the rest I can knock up bespoke pretty quickly.

That 7.3m boat is sweet though!

Talk to most of the boat builders about town and try get a stage 2 hull i.e. hard work for the hull is done you just need to add the motor and fitout. After helping 2 mates build a 10.5m aluminium boat there is a hell of a lot of work in the hull and deck, fitting out was relatively easy.

Hi Timb, we'll for me the hull, deck and console are the easy parts. And I already have all the materials in stock.
I'm sure I'll find something suitable - just a matter of time
