Does anyone know where it is?
I find it helpful to assess the reading based on landforms around the location.

At the top of a pole

I reckon if you rang BOM they would tell you

East Fremantle is not listed as a BOM Perth area observation station.

pretty sure the reason why its not listed with BOM is because it is EFYC anemometer and seabreaze just borrows the data
so in that case the meter would be on top of the clubhouse in the worst spot for telling anything about the weather other than what the wind is doing at that very moment and spot

or maybe it is on top of a Slovak? I'm a Pole and there is no anemometer on top of me...:-)

I'm a Pole and there is no anemometer on top of me...:-)

This sounds about right to me, I know it shows way less than actual wind strength on any wind from the South, particularly SE.

I worked at EFYC but that was before they implemented the Seabreeze monitoring. I swore it was on the roof as has been said but it looks very much like an anemometer at the top of that radio tower.

BTW That tower is huge I never noticed it... crazy.
