Is this a good one or the same as the last few years since COVID crap. Googled but get mixed messages says warmer ocean which assume bad for sea breeze but good for fishing

I'd say it affects the East Coast more than WA. Summer sea breezes here are more influenced by what the Lewin Current does. Or at least so I have been told. Also the amount of vegetation growth just inland seems to have an impact as well. So far WA has experienced drier than normal winter conditions but winter isn't over yet.
