I'd just like to thank Steve from Windforce and the guys at the loft for the great service the provided to me during the week. I have an Severne Enigma slalom boom and unfortunately broke the mast end clamp assembly during a sail on Wednesday. The boom it's self is only just over a year old so took it back to Steve and within an hour the guys at the Loft had it replaced free of charge no questions asked.no that's after sales should be like. We'll done.
