I'm using a psychological strategy to see whether I can stop myself from being so ****ty and moody for the rest of the week while the forecast is so bad. OOps I've just realised, I am now grieving the loss of the sport I love so much ....... Why did I have to give it up, was it a premature decision How embarrassment, If only I I knew how to use my psychological knowledge to help myself

I went for a walk along the foreshore this evening and it was sooo still, there was hardly a breath of wind.
And you know what?
It was really beautiful being so calm and quiet. I loved it.

Enjoy the beauty of the stillness when it is there,
then shred when it's howling!

Beauty of Stillness? What language are you speaking?

I'm getting it really bad, last night in my dreams I was looking at Synoptic Charts and what I could see was really tight isobars with a strong northerly coming, however as I kept scrolling to the next chart the isobars would tighten but the high pressure system was blocking them from moving over Perth I need help or some wiond?

I know. I found it hard to believe myself, but it really was beautiful.

Did you read NotWal's poem on wind deficiency in the last caption comp?

Even more exciting - a hint of delights to come - there was a seabreeze this afternoon
Spring is on it's way!

I think it all stems from an oedipal complex which is manifesting as a fear of the wind... see, when the wind comes, you have to bring out the pole, and if the pole is not sufficiently stiff you may not ... errr... be good enough (not set a P.B) and mummy may not be proud?

Now Hardie I also see they want to chuck internet addiction into the DSM-V ...... how many posts have you made this week?

PS: how the f*&k did Hardie get a red thumb for his original post which is quite obviously tongue in cheek?
Who are you, nameless redthumber?

I have a theory it's some d!ck head who expects every post to amuse him/her. And takes revenge on a post that doesn't interest him/her
But then again the same thing happened to one of hardy's posts a week or so ago. May be the red thumber just has some personal objection to hardy

Let the red thumbers express their inner rage, you will always get about 50% of the world hating you for totally irrational reasons so not worth trying to win everyone over.
