Rig .5m bigger than what you would use elsewhere to deal with the rip, go out with the backwash bear down wind a bit pump like crazy, stay away from the swimmers flags and try to avoid swimmers, boogie borders, surfers, 30 clubbies on those paddle ski's and the kiters that stray from their upwind spot.
