Is anyone aware the government is backing a $27m redevelopment of Nedlands Baths? It is where Jo Jos was (next to Pelican Point)

My main concern is increased motor boat traffic next Pelican Point and the likelihood they will be boozed up. What does everyone else think?

I doubt they can expand it much towards Peli point. Theres a few barriers in the way of that. Maybe they can build it over that slab of submerged concrete on the west side of Jo Jos that everyone runs into.

Maybe a bit more boat traffic, but i don't think it can get too much worse. The booze cruisers already load up there.

more worried about the parking at Peli point. It already overflows on a good day, and its walking distance to Jo Jos. I can see it being a problem if They build and do't take the parking into much consideration.
