It's untapped for wind Sports, cause you need a decent size boat to get to island's for right wind direction to beach.
There is swell, down winder opportunities, island hopping, flat water and wave breaks
Currently sitting of barrow in 25 knt side shore conditions.

used to windsurf the easterlies in winter around karratha/dampier, werent 20/30kts inshore more 12 to 25kts range. Hearsons Cove was the main spot, there was a little cove next to Hearson's cant remember the name (Cowrie Cove), that had nice little swells I used to ride, but onshore riding, that was my fave spot.
