Just in case it is ever windy this spring/summer. Can someone enlighten me about the rules (either official or local) about sailing at Scarborough / Brighton. Many moons ago we used to sail at Contacio's or Trigg but it now seems everyone sails south of the surf club at Scarborough. What are the rules with relation to kiters in the water - I will be windsurfing. cheers
