It's going to be wild, massive swell! What's everyone's plans?

From what I saw kiters were doing better.
Virtually unsailable.May have managed on a 3.0.

None seen on the river, where were you?

I am 100kg plus wettie n stuff and on a 90L quad with 4.0 it was perfect. Hard to get upwind dead onshore on a sinker but once planing it was really comfy.
No much carpark at Applecross with the surge!

Exactly, kiters out at the Pond so surely windsurfing should be possible. Gave it a crack with 3.1 but very challenging with the strong gusts, didn't last long.

Yeah the whole of peppermint grove and mossie park floated over
was hoping to find something decent but the reality was barefoot in weed, tennis balls, lemons and dog poo. There’s always so many lemons.
