As it transpires most of the speedsters were up at Cervantes for the event, but the breeze didn't get over 20 knots or so. Sounds like Perth was the place to be!
I just had 1 month off and the breeze didn't get above 18knts, even went to Gero and that was light too
. Finally go back to work(FIFO) and bam +25kts. Thems the breaks i guess
