So, all you lucky boys n girls that had the day off/had a sudden case of the flu, how was it? what'd the rest of us miss? I see a 40knt gust on the garden island wind metre, anyone manage to catch that one?

Fully lit on 4.7

Just enough to grovel in the lulls but planing 90% of the time, and able to just hold it in the big ones. Grinning......

A bit too strong for me on a 5.0m at Melville. Wind around 20-28,gusting late afternoon 35's.

Prefer 18-22 knots on my 5.7m, more laid back sailing.

Butt-clenching terror on a 6.6 at Melville.

Got smashed in the big gusts, but managed to hang on most of the time.

Classic winter sailing i.e. mad outta control fun
