He was a surfboard shaper, surfer and also a windsurfer and a great shaper of windsurf boards. I remember my Warren Thompson Santosha Pro-Speed finish waveboard which was tops. The best wavesailing board I have ever had, a Santosha Prospeed finish 8'6" being a Single fin pintail by Warren Thompson and perfect at Margaret River 1987-1989 with Gaastra Wavefoil Pro 5.2 and 4.6 m2. A magic board from a great shaper who has passed. May his memory be a blessing. One picture I just saw in a December 1993 Freesail was the later version "Jay Wild" model but shows the sweet classic lines he drew.
