Had a fun session this Arvo, in head mantra after turns in chop and small waves to complete turns to a new point of sail was nose angle 20-30 degrees declination to glide on...

In head mantras work best with rhyming patterns or alliteration. Or dirty mnemonics but that might just be me.

I suggested mantras not sutras, have seen sutra worthy sights prior to entering the water, occupational hazard!
