Best instructional videos?

OK, so first session today is in the can. I'll be honest, I hoped to be up and flying on the foil pretty quickly.

Had about on hour on the water (or in the water), but was able to get the hang of standing up. My knees are REALLY sore (any advice for this?)

What are the best instructional videos to help me accelerate to long blasting runs on the foil?

EDIT - on a Quatro 5'6" 105 ltr, and Duotone 5mtr. Might have been gusting to 16 to 18 at times, mostly a lot less. Wing was 1850 AXIS and 82cm mast.

That's probably why the knees weren't ready for it.....

I was really hoping for some good stuff from the Alan Cadiz stuff but the audio is so crap. I really cant believe they posted it!

Most boards generally provided contoured knee support after a few hours of operation......
