So big and grunty.. Yet it's not too wide in the wingspan.. The new Naish S26 WingSurfer wing feels lighter.. stiffer and just as powerful as last years 7.2m.

It can be frustrating in light winds when others are on 4 and 5m wings and up flying but because they weight so much less than you the same size wing doesn't seem to work for you.. In light winds big guys need big wings.. I'm 100kgs and for those 10-12 knot days the big 6.8m works great for me..

Here's some more vid from the w/e at Green Point.

Nice one DJ. Great to hear the the 6.8m is a beast. I haven't tried it yet, but pumped it up in the warehouse. Definitely noticeably lighter and stiffer for sure! You looked like you had good speed also against the light-whippets out there!

Nice video, thanks for sharing.

Thanks JB.. Like most people I would much rather not use big wings like this but frantically pumping a small wing to get on the foil is not really my cup-a-tea either.. That's something that younger and fitter people can have..

The colours are nice, and windows seem to work!

"Narrower and more stable than last year's board", DJ?

The board this year is pretty much the same.. I'm concidering upgrading once new stock becomes available.. Getting an order in early is the trick..

The wing is now a 6.8m instead of 7.2m.. It has similar power and it feels lighter/stiffer compared to last years wing..
