Hello all!
I need help choosing a crossover board.
Naish Hover Crossover 120ltr or 140ltr.
About me and what I want to do:
I weigh 190lbs (88kg). I currently surf a 175ltr SUP board in the waves. This is a lot of fun.
Now I want to learn wing foiling and also use the board for SUP surfing (without foil for now).
However, I fear that the 120ltr board may be too small for me and I often fall into the water in the line up. What do you think?
Well of course I make many compromises with a crossover board. but ok for me,
Thanks!

I had the 2020 Naish Hover Crossover 120L. That's how I got into foiling a few years ago. Really good board. Good for SUP foiling and Windsurf Foiling.
I weigh 78kg.
Windsurf foiling is real good on that board, due to its flat bottom and sharper tails, it comes up on the foil quite easily (compared to other boards like the 6'11 fanatic that has big chimed rails, and a rounder bottom and took more work to get it up on the foil)
Its ok for Wing foiling too.
Maybe get the 140L, as its the same length as the 120L and only a couple of inches wider (well this was the case for the 2020 model crossover anyway, not sure what the difference is on the newer models)
But.....if all you want to do is wing foil, then get something lighter, like one of their Hover boards (more dedicated to wing foiling). Or a board you can Wing Foil and SUP foil. I know everybody is different in their needs for a board, but once you start foiling, you'll want to SUP foil, as it's heaps of fun. And it seems you already have a board if you want to just go for a regular SUP.

140L IMO.. Depends on if you like 'hard and frustrating' or 'easy and enjoyable'.. Go bigger.

Thank you!
Yes, the board is only a few inches wider by the same length.
I will sell my old SUP. That's why I will choose the 140ltr. Probably I will buy a pure wing board later.
Hopefully this is the right decision.

I forgot to say, it does also SUP well (with the quad fin set up). And SUP foils good too.

I've got the 2022 Crossover 115 lt and still loving it. Perfect for learning wind foiling if you can windsurf and I'm now using it to wing foil. And yes they do work very well as a surf SUP as that extra length makes it much better to paddle. Haven't mastered the SUPFoiling bit with the paddle. Something to work on in winter
