Yep I did it at the start of my sinker board learning curve and I still do it in between lulls when proning to get the muscle memory happening. Makes all the difference.

Same, important to keep those knees really bent and move the the board back and forwards with your ,feet and keep bending at the waist over the board. I find the game is over if you straighten your knees to try and balance, only start this when you have power from the wing or ski.
