Hi all,
I have finally bought some wings. Duotone echos that are in good condition.
I do need a pump and was wondering what do you all recommend?
Are they all the same? It there something to look out for?
I think hat a pressure gauge is important. Anything else?
Also have to have a duotone attachment.

Any XL pump....they all come from the same place. The only variation tends to be the hose fittings may vary slightly.

The wings are expensive, pumps with gauges are only marginally. more expensive than simple ones. Some people question the precision of the measurement, but it's gotta be more reliable than the finger ping one.

Get a liquid filled gauge that threads right on to the duotone pump. Best 20$ you'll spend in winging. Don't cut the rubber gasket on the top or the glycerine will leak, just burp it before you use it. Use some Teflon tape.

1/8" npt
1.5" dial diameter

Is the duotone gauge not accurate?

Ping test is best. Used for 20 years kiting.

There's no need for the two way feature that is needed for inflatable SUP's to get high pressure.
