yeah - Spaghetti-Style - Man, I'm so far away from it e.g. from being loose with my feet. So I put foot switching and toeside riding on my next training plan ...until my legs are at least like tagliatelle..
Concentrating fully on the board hasn't help me really due to the balance thing i mentioned above. Maybe this advice from Tucker/MacKiteboarding/WingWednesday on YouTube (

He sais, it's all about having constant pull on your back hand, even when you are dead downwind where you should pull the strut slightly down just before the hand change. This could give stability and sth to hold on during the turn. I'll try that next time.
