Hi,
My dad is a later stage beginner wing foiler (working on his jibes). I live in LA and he's coming to visit. He's not quite ready for an offshore breeze (or at least needs a spotter with a boat if that's the conditions). Does anyone here have recommendations for him? Any advice would be great!
